A new procedure for booking employees for the mobilization period is in effect. Read in detail who can receive a reservation! what requirements must be met! and what changes for businesses due to these changes.
From December 1! 2024! a new procedure for booking employees for the mobilization period will come into effect.
If previously there were two separate booking procedures – in paper and Reservations for the electronic form! now only the electronic booking form remains through the DIYA Portal.
The current Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No
76 of January 27! 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the buy phone number list Procedure)! which regulates the procedure for booking and granting criticality status to enterprises! was amended in accordance Reservations for the with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1332 of November 22! 2024! and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1362 of November 29! 2024.
It is worth emphasizing that previously made employee reservations remain valid until the end of their term! but no longer than February 28! 2025.

I. WHAT BUSINESSES WILL BE ABLE TO RESERVE THEIR EMPLOYEES! AND HOW
Clause 1 of the Procedure determines that among business representatives
The following have the right to first experience with cdn accelerator reserve their employees (hereinafter referred to as Critically Important Enterprises! Institutions) :
enterprises! institutions and organizations that are determined in accordance with the established procedure to be critically important for ensuring the needs of the Armed Forces and other military formations in a special period (hereinafter referred to as critically important enterprises) ;
enterprises! institutions and organizations that are aub directory determined in accordance with the established procedure to be critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihoods of the population during a special period (hereinafter referred to as critically important institutions) .
To obtain one of the specified criticality statuses! the enterprise must! as before! apply to a state authority or local government body.
