Research into the adopted budget of Ukraine for 2025.
The Parliament adopted the state budget for 2025. The “birth” Budget 2025 has of the document was complicated! I wrote about it in several blogs and FB posts! but! as financiers say! a problematic budget is better than no budget at all.
It is impossible a priori to objectively prepare a high-phone number lead quality estimate for a warring country! part of whose territories are occupied and subjected to devastating missile and “shaheed” attacks every day. Nevertheless! the authorities have complicated their lives with a number of incomprehensible decisions that are not dependent on the war.
For example! the adopted budget for 2025 as a whole provides for the receipt of UAH 141 billion from Budget 2025 has tax increases! as provided for in draft law No. 11416-d adopted by the Rada. The latter has not yet been signed by the President! although the deadline for this by law has expired.
For the first time in the history of independent Ukraine
We have a situation of hybrid reality! when the beginning of telecommunications the state thinks that taxes have been increased! but taxpayers do not have this confirmation in the form of a corresponding law signed by the guarantor.
I cannot ignore the very strange approach to financing the presidential initiative to give all Ukrainians 1 thousand UAH to buy goods and services of Ukrainian production. The government decided to spend 31.7 billion UAH on this. So far! they have “found” 9.7 billion UAH in the Unemployment Fund! although the head of the Ukrainian Government recently emphasized the urgency of solving the unemployment problem. Where the Cabinet of Ministers is going to get the rest of the funds for the presidential initiative is still unknown.
This is not to mention that simply handing out money in a warring country
when every penny received from taxes or aid from international partners is worth au emai list its weight in gold! is not a very logical and successful idea at all. It is also illogical to assure business of the need to raise taxes because there is not enough for the army! and then resort to outright populism.
