Why might you need to download an email as a PDF?
In October 2018, we added an option to the editor to export our emails to PDF format .
Much to our surprise, the option has become quite popular – about 7% of all emails created with Stripo are now exported to PDF. We were curious about the reasons for this popularity and added a survey to our annual report , in which we asked our users to answer a few simple questions. One of the questions was “why do you need to convert email to PDF?”

So, for your convenience, we decided to make a short instruction on downloading an email in PDF file format.
1. Export email to PDF for sharing and attaching to reports
When the email is ready, click the “Export” button;

from the many email marketing systems in the list, select PDF;

enable the “Subject and Preheader” button, after which both of these parameters will be displayed at the top of the file page;

Click “Export”.
Note: Do not print this file as it will only contain a small portion of your email.
2. Export email to PDF for printing
follow the first two steps from the previous paragraph;
in the drop-down menu select “A4”;

Enable the “Subject and Preheader” button to display these options in your printout;

Click the export button.

Why might you need to print out an email? For example, to make some working notes in the margins.
